#19: The Agora, Designer Interview

Hi All.  We started EcoIsland Productions to feature The Agora, our vision and direction.  I’ve been calling up all of the people that we work with, asking them to come into the lab and sit down for an interview.  We’ve got four vids in the can and this is the second.

First up was my good friend and co-designer Dr Rich Flarend with Penn State Altoona.  Tyler Stoehr interviews us about The Agora, the self contained hub for clean energy and water for populations displaced by climate disaster and war.  We talk about solar panels, water treatment, and how these fundamental resources bring stability to a population.

Also covered is how we started working together, some of the design issues we’ve overcome, and how to make the system affordable and efficient.
